Irierootsini Photography
Irierootsini Photography specialises in artist portraits and product photography and has been a loyal sponsor of the festival for FIVE years! This year, I.C.E is pitching in a prize for the inaugural Best Music Video winner: four days in the Sound Suite to record their next single! APDG
The Australian Production Design Guild was established in 2009 as a non-profit organisation that aims to represent designers and their associates in screen, live performance, events and digital production across Australia. For the first time this year, APDG are offering the winner of our inaugural Best Production Design award a two-year ‘Emerging’ membership, which includes advertising in the member directory, eligibility to enter the ‘Emerging Designer’ category at APDG Awards, access to events, discounts and members-only resources. AGSC
The Australian Guild of Screen Composers is a community of professional screen composers, dedicated to supporting both emerging and established Australian screen composers in film, television, gaming or related industries. We’ve been working with AGSC during the year to increase connections between screen composers and filmmakers from the west and the results have been great. For the first time this year, AGSC are offering the Best Original Score award winner a one-year membership (Full, Student or Associate), which can include advertising in the members directory, access to professional development opportunities and members-only resources. Western Sydney University
Western Sydney Uni offers a Bachelor of Screen Media with strong links to the screen industry and opportunities for project-based work with employers. Thanks to WSU, this year’s trophy winners will be invited on set at their state-of-the-art TV studio at Parramatta Campus for the recording of our 2021 TV Show to chat about the festival, your winning film, and what it’s like to be a filmmaker in Western Sydney. We are so thankful to have the support of WSU this year!
Still Searchin’ Productions
Still Searchin' Productions are the team that plans and produces Made in the West each year, sponsoring the event and all major awards. We are strong advocates for Western Sydney filmmakers and the emerging talent in our local film scene. In addition to producing the 2021 TV Show, the winners of each major trophy will receive an invitation to join Roscoe on the Pagey Train Podcast to chat about their film work PLUS the winner of Best Student Film will receive a Foley package including sound effects and atmosphere for your next film. How sweet is that!?
