Tickets are free to attend, as always, because we’re committed to building bigger audiences for local films and besides, we know you will want to bring all your friends and family with you for a great night out.

We’re also pleased to tell you that after the resounding success of last year's event, our venue partner and major sponsor are back on board for 2023!

Our Gold+ Screen Sponsor Western Sydney University have pledged support to Made in the West for another year because they see the amazing things happening here in Western Sydney and as iconic Western Sydney loyalists and huge contributors themselves to the cultural and art scene, they want to be part of this history-making event.

We’re proud to be working alongside the world’s #1 ranked university for their commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, working towards a strong and equitable creative community here in Western Sydney.

Did we mention the BIG SCREEN? Our amazing V-max cinema is second to none when it comes to shining a light on local films!

With our three-storey Vmax screen, state-of-the-art surround sound, private cocktail bar and comfy leather chairs, we have absolutely loved hosting the festival at Event Cinemas Liverpool for the last six years and we’re looking forward to rolling out the red carpet with them again this November!

We thank them generously for their hospitality and for backing this great community of filmmakers from Western Sydney.

Speaking of which, have YOU made a film featuring cast, crew or locations from Western Sydney? Submissions are open now!
